well its been an excellent day. i cant remember as far back as breakfast.. oh yes one toast, avacodo and egg. latte. small piece of poppy seed cake, sushi, half a small piece of poppy seed, two wraps and mince and tom salad plus one mango and yogurt. 45 minutes walk. 30 minutes dance and weights to 80s music. Thanks to my work mate julie and her poppy seed cake.
i went to the market before breakfast to get mangos. hunger rising... rising.. cloc croissant? florentine? itallian vanilla slice? donnut...mmmm donnut. Thought about writing this for breakfast and got a coffee and now eating ham salad sandwich on rye instead. hooray
ok .. goal by april 79 kilos.. keep away from the white cocaine sugar..and all things white. bread, pasta, rice, chocolate, flour. Exercising to sweat level one hour five times a week.

That is a lot of Poppy Seed cake.. day for me cereal, toast, subway, chicken burger (homemade), milo ice cream... about 1.5hrs walking.

You are right Cookie.. there is a definite lack of chins here... this photo is way too thin looking

If you stay away from only the white chocolate does that mean that you can eat the brown chocolate??
